• Federal Express (upon request)

(Shipping costs are contingent on weight, size and zip code.)

*All Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax. All out-of-state customers are responsible for their own state's tax.


EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Can I cancel an order?
If you place an order for in-stock merchandise, your order will be processed for shipping immediately and will usually go out the same day. You may not cancel an order without penalty once it has been shipped.
Do your products come with a money-back guarantee?
All of our signage products come with a 3-year warranty against defect in materials and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced or repaired, at our discretion. Under certain conditions we may accept returns not due to manufacturer defects, but these are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
What if I refuse a package?
If you refuse a package, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. We have no way of tracking the return of your product, so if your product does not make it safely back to us, we will be unable to issue your refund. To avoid any problems, please use a tracking method.
How do I return a product?
• Contact us be telephone first (888-616-SIGN) for the correct return address for that particular product.

• You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Repack the item in its original packaging or new packaging, if the first is un-shippable, and send to the return address provided when you called. Pack item well, insure it for full value, and request tracking (proof of delivery).

• Explain the reason for the return and include your name and address, along with a telephone number if we need to contact you.
How long will it take to get my replacement?
Upon receipt and verifications of the defective returened product we will immediately process the replacement.
